This Cookie Policy explains how Brainy Oman("Brainy", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on Brainy Oman (https://brainy.om). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

- For all visitors, the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022), overseen by the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT), applies to the personal data that cookies and similar technologies may process.

- For visitors in the UK, the equivalent rules are the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), read together with the UK GDPR.

1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. In this policy, "cookies" refers to all of these.
Cookies can be:
- First-party (set by brainy.om) or third-party (set by another domain, such as an analytics provider).
- Session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remaining until they expire or you delete them).
Brainy Oman is a marketing and portfolio site. We keep cookie use to a minimum and we do not run advertising or ad-targeting cookies.
2. How we use cookies
We group cookies into categories. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. All other categories load only after you opt in.

The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies on Brainy Oman. Brainy Oman is a small marketing site, so its footprint is small.

We do not currently run an analytics provider, so there is no analytics cookie in the table above. If we add one, we will add its row here, list the provider, bump the policy version, and re-prompt you for consent.
4. Third-party cookies
We use very few third parties on this Site. Our content delivery and security (CDN) provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to route and protect traffic. We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If we add a third party that sets cookies, we will list it here with a link to its own privacy policy, and you should review that policy because we do not control those cookies.
5. Your choices
Manage your consent
When you first visit Brainy Oman, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or Customize your choices by category. You can revisit these choices at any time:

- Click the "Manage cookies" link in the footer of any page.
Rejecting non-essential cookies will not block access to the Site or any of its content. There is no cookie wall.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or extension sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of analytics cookies and as a request not to sell or share your personal information. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising in any case.

Cookie and similar-technology data can be personal data. Depending on where you are, you have rights over that data under the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 6/2022) and, for EEA and UK visitors, under the GDPR and UK GDPR (including the rights to access, correct, and delete your data, and to withdraw consent). 7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as our practices or the law change. When we make material changes, we update the version number and last-updated date above and re-prompt you for consent. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
