Boone
A character-led brand system: one mascot designed, written, and rigged to carry packaging, content, and product

A complete character system built for Brainy's own brand: one mascot with a written personality canon, a 70 pose library, 64 facial expressions, lip sync, emoji, packaging, posters, comics, and a production rig that ships the character inside software.
One character, written, drawn, and rigged to carry every surface.

The opportunity
Products get compared. Characters get remembered.
Brainy runs an AI product and a family of design channels, and all of it had the same problem every software brand has: nothing to point a camera at. A logo can be recognized, but it cannot react, celebrate, or sell milk.
The brief was to build a face for the whole operation: a character with a written personality, a drawable anatomy, and enough range to front packaging, social content, community channels, and the product interface itself.

The system
A library, not a one-off
Boone is built from very few parts: a round white body, two heavy lidded eyes, one mouth, and a small shape that floats above his head and projects his state of mind. The eyes, mouth, and mind shape sit on fixed anchor coordinates, and every expression is drawn to the same face scale, so consistency is engineered into the drawings, not policed after the fact.
On that foundation the character scaled into a working library: 70 numbered poses, 64 facial expressions, 10 mouth shapes for lip sync, an emoji pack, packaging, posters, and comics. Every expression export is also compiled into typed data that product front ends consume directly, so the character ships inside software, not just alongside it.
